Digital Products
Digital products, including printable journals, planners, workbooks, PDFs, and other downloadable materials, do not require physical shipping.
After your purchase is successfully completed, your digital product will be made available electronically according to the delivery instructions provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Please make sure the email address provided with your order is correct. If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact TITIYAH for assistance.
Physical Products
Processing and delivery times for physical products may vary depending on the product, destination, availability, and fulfillment method. Estimated shipping or delivery information, when available, will be displayed during checkout or provided with your order.
Some TITIYAH products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Products within the same order may therefore arrive separately.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.

International shipping availability, costs, delivery estimates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination.
