Digital Products
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, including printable PDFs, digital journals, workbooks, and other downloadable materials, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
If you experience a technical problem with your file, receive an incorrect file, are charged more than once for the same purchase, or have another issue with your order, please contact TITIYAH. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Physical Products
Return and refund eligibility for physical products may vary by product. Any product-specific return conditions will be provided on the applicable product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Please include your order information and photographs when applicable so we can review the issue.
Cancellations
